A 30-hectare property planned as the first ecologically engineered nature-themed, high-end residential development in the area. It has landscaped gardens; water features and forests parks lining the main avenue. Four satellite parks and picnic grounds are strategically located in the residential clusters of the enclave. A clubhouse and community center are centrally situated in the subdivision owned by Bulacan Land Corporation with a commercial complex, hotel and a school .

Menzi Property, Damilag, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon

Master plan for a mixed-use development in an 81-hectare property owned by the Menzi Foundation in Bukidnon, Mindanao.

Planning included the creation of focal points and vistas within and around the existing natural features of the site.

Another design requirement was the preservation of existing flora, development of planting strips within the road right of way, linear parks and pocket parks. For aesthetic, ecological and financial considerations, the master planning was undertaken with minimum earthworks for site development and maximum lot buildability and view opportunities.
