Estela G. D. Lopez is a Bachelor of Science in Architecture graduate of the University of Santo Tomas. She earned her architectural license in 1967. Architect Lopez is also a licensed Environmental Planner. She has attended seminar workshops and study tours in Shanghai, China, Colombo, Sri Lanka, Hongkong, Kaoshung and Taipei, Taiwan, Mexico, Panama, Jamaica, Indonesia, Singapore and the United States, some of which were sponsored by the World Bank.

With extensive experience in metropolitan and town planning, physical, land use and industrial estate planning, she has designed at least 97 communities with an aggregate area of about 26,000 hectares in the Philippines , the Peoples Republic of China and Cambodia.

 

Architect Lopez has master planned and, in some cases, continues to design many of the high-profile development projects of several top corporations in the country and major players in the real estate industry. Furthermore, she has been a planning consultant to various agencies of government and several institutions in the private sector. She has likewise collaborated or worked in association with several highly respected local and foreign professional groups, planning and consultancy firms and architectural offices

Architect Lopez was a two-term Chapter President of the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) and a member of the Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners. She was admitted to the College of Fellows of the UAP in 1997 in recognition of her outstanding achievements in the field of planning. She received several awards and plaques of appreciation and recognition from her peers in the profession. She is the Managing Partner of EGD Lopez & Partners.

 

Venerando M. Dumadag graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Architecture. He placed 7th in the Architects Licensure Examination conducted by the Professional Regulatory Board in 1951. He became a planner in 1953 and received numerous managerial and technical training in project management; town planning and zoning, regional development planning and water supply development, including a study tour in Japan sponsored by JICA.

Architect Dumadag was admitted to the College of Fellows of the United Architects of the Philippines in 1997. He was the Provincial Planning & Development Coordinator for the Province of Bohol. At one time, Architect Dumadag was also the Dean of the College of Architecture of University of Bohol and architectural/planning consultant of the City Government of Tagbilaran and of the Provincial Government of Bohol. He was also a past Chapter President of the UAP.

 

Delia D. Laglagaron is a Bachelor of Science in Architecture graduate from the University of Santo Tomas. She placed 9th in the 1972 Architects Licensure Examination. Architect Laglagaron obtained her Master in Environmental Planning from the University of the Philippines. She also attended the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA as a full scholar and graduated with a Master in Public Administration degree Concentration in Urban Management. Her academic specialization, practical training and work experience are in the field of urban and regional planning and management.

Architect Laglagaron's credentials include her stint with the Planning and Project Development Office (PPDO) of the Department of Public Works, Transportation & Communication as a Physical Planner, and her engagement as a Senior Urban and Regional Planner of Greater Vancouver Regional District (GVRD), British Columbia, Canada. GVRD is, to certain extent, similar to the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) of the Philippines. She is currently the Deputy Commissioner of GVRD. She was also a lecturer on urban planning and management for seminar workshops in Vietnam and the Philippines sponsored by the CIDA and the World Bank. She is on leave from the firm.

 

V. Bernadette G. Dumadag graduated from the University of Bohol with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Architecture. She passed the Architects Licensure Examination in 1985. Her experience and training includes development mapping, computer programming, building design and construction. She was a three-term Chapter President of the United Architects of the Philippines.

 

Domenico D. Lopez has a degree in Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas and passed the Architects Licensure Examination in 2004. He has practical experience in site planning and conceptualization, building design, and graphic presentation. As a student, he was a consistent winner in several collegiate and national design competitions. He won Second Place for the Perez Park Redevelopment sponsored by the Office of the Governor, Quezon Province in 2003 (national open), First Place for the Revitalization of the Andres Bonifacio Monument Area sponsored by the City of Caloocan in 2002 (national open), Second Honorable Mention for the Master Development Plan of the New Nayong Pilipino (national open) in 2001, Second Place in Habitat for Humanity in 1999 (collegiate), and Third Place in the Redevelopment of San Lorenzo Plaza in 2000 (collegiate).

He designed the resort cottages, administration building and the Spa for Mambukal Resort, Negros Occidental, and housing models of Eastcove Village in Cainta for A Brown Company.
