A 5-hectare business park master planned for A Brown Company and PhilRealty. The proposed commercial and business complex was designed to complement and harmonize with the strong family and nature-themed development of Xavier Estate with landscaped and nature parks and promenade area.

A 10-hectare commercial anchor of a 30-hectare mixed-use development located in a prime area in Davao City. Envisioned as the site of a fully integrated shopping mall with strip commercial shops and heavily landscaped and nature-themed surroundings. Planning was commissioned by JS Gaisano.
